You can't even HTTPS into it, it has to be done via HTTP. So I don't know if what you originally said is incorrect, or it now is, but nevertheless, it's a real issue. All shit I could probably do if they could stop insulting their customers' intelligence and give us proper access to the product we're forced to pay for (my apartment complex requires you to get their shit and pay for it by default, and they build it in to your billing schedule). ![]() I was in IT for 10 years and every time I run into a problem instead of fixing it myself I have to talk to their tech support (who are, to their credit, relatively helpful) so they can do things like "send a signal" to my router to fix connectivity issues. ![]() To get the real Netgear GUI, you have to be a business class customer. I know this is 2 years old, but I live in Florida (Tampa, to be exact), and it's very true, Spectrum dumbed down their router interface so that you can only access it with their mobile app. ![]()
